Inbound IVR
The Inbound IVR number is the number you can dial in to from your registered Mobile and use to perform basic Mobile money transactions. Dial 022-39852616 from your registered mobile number to perform transactions such as Change PIN, Verify Agent, Check your Balance and Activate your Prepaid ATM card. The IVR system will read out a menu and you can choose an option from the list.
SMS/IVR
In addition to the Inbound IVR option, customers whose mobile handsets are incompatible and cannot install the Mobile money application can use the SMS IVR option to perform all Mobile money transaction.
- In this option, customer will get registered and can will perform all transactions by sending SMS keywords from his/her registered mobile number.
- Customer will then receive a call from an IVR number 022- 39852616 which will then take the customer through a sequence of steps to confirm and complete the transaction.
- Customer can perform financial and non financial transactions on ANY phone model by sending a SMS command to +91-9686055555 from his/her registered mobile number.
- Customers will receive an IVR call back only when they need to provide their PIN to authenticate and complete a transaction. In case of some non-financial transactions, customers will receive a SMS from the system giving appropriate details.
- The IVR system also checks the customer’s account activation status when the customer sends any SMS keyword.
- If the customer has not activated his account and receives an IVR call back, the IVR prompt will take the customer through the activation process and then through the actual transaction process for which the customer initially sent the SMS keyword.
